Website support email
Include a clear subject and, if relevant, the game, listing title and the issue you noticed. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, payment PINs or sensitive identification files by ordinary email.
Reports and copyright concerns
If you report a misleading listing, provide its public link, what appears inaccurate and non-sensitive supporting context. For a copyright concern, identify the work, the relevant URL and a way to contact you so we can review the issue.
What our support cannot do yet
MadproHub checkout is currently in preview. We cannot confirm real orders, hold escrow balances or resolve bank transfers that someone conducted outside our website. If money was sent externally, contact that payment provider directly. For game account recovery, contact the game publisher through its official channels.
