How secure digital delivery should work

A buyer-and-seller guide to protecting digital codes, verifying payments, and resolving delivery problems.

MadproHub player guides · October 2026

MadproHub currently runs a sandbox-only delivery workflow. No real-money checkout, automatic buyer access to secret assets, escrow, or seller payout is enabled.

Before listing a digital product

First confirm that the publisher, platform, or issuer permits the sale and transfer. A game account is not the same as a transferable gift code, and a service may require a separate schedule. A seller should describe the platform, region, redemption conditions, expiry where applicable, and what the buyer will receive. Never advertise an asset you cannot lawfully transfer.

Keep confidential codes out of public descriptions, screenshots, chats, and support tickets. A secure seller vault should encrypt an eligible code before the listing is purchased and ensure that only an authorized, verified transaction can trigger its release. Passwords, recovery codes and one-time authentication codes should not be used to bypass a game publisher's rules.

What a real payment confirmation must prove

A checkout redirect or a screenshot of a payment is not proof that funds settled. A secure marketplace should validate a signed notification from its approved payment processor, confirm the exact order reference, currency, amount, seller eligibility and payment status, and reject replayed or mismatched events. A failed, cancelled or merely pending payment must never unlock an asset.

Each digital code should be reserved for one eligible order. Repeated browser clicks or webhook retries must not create extra deliveries. The delivery record should capture a timestamp and the authorized recipient without exposing the underlying secret in public logs.

What buyers should check after delivery

Review the product's redemption instructions, region and supported platform. Keep the order reference and report problems through the official support channel promptly. If a code is invalid, used, or different from the listing, describe the issue without publishing the code. A fair review process should preserve non-sensitive evidence and distinguish an issuer outage from an already-redeemed code.

What is available in MadproHub today

Sellers can prepare certain eligible assets using encrypted vault storage, while buyers and sellers can inspect a simulated order timeline and dispute flow. The sandbox intentionally does not decrypt or deliver a real secret to buyers. Simulated payment or delivery labels are not real financial confirmations. Live automated release, chargebacks, refunds and seller withdrawals require an approved payment and compliance arrangement before activation.

Read our gaming marketplace safety checklist before evaluating any listing. You can also contact MadproHub support with non-sensitive concerns.
